Daily Words Ministry and Mission
If you would like to support my more than seven years of writing-Please pray for me, that every word will be an encouragement to both believers and unbelievers, alike.
My prayer is that I will be able to encourage all who read my books, to search the scriptures-and there, find the God of all creation!
IF you want prayer-I will TRULY pray for you. It would be my honor to take your requests before the throne of God.
Thank you for your support!
In the Precious name of Y'shua, Messiah, our Lord and Savior, (Jesus Christ)
Sue

Hedge of Protection
Psalm 33:12
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
We are HIS children....all who are In Christ; we ARE a nation of Christians, and we MUST Stand in the Gap and Intercede for America!!!
The world is on a precipice, the very edges of great Peril……Spiritually, and in every way. There is devastation all around the globe and America is no longer isolated from it! Threats of nuclear war is a constant concern. Where will you spend YOUR Eternity? It's the most serious question you will ever need to answer.
And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. (Ezekiel 13:5)
I ask you, I implore you.....PLEASE PRAY for our Leaders, pray for lost souls, pray for those in authority to be LED by the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD, through CHRIST JESUS!
We are a nation who is SO lost. We have become a nation of tolerating everything BUT Christianity and Christian principles.....we can only survive as a nation IF we turn and repent to our Father God, (Yahweh), through JESUS, (Yahshua) the Messiah of the world!
Seeds of the Word-plant them all along your life-path!

Rhoda's Lost Journal by-Sue C. Weaver

Author Bio:
I have loved to write ever since I could walk and talk. I had three specific dreams as a child; To be a Nurse, A Missionary, and A Writer. (In addition to wife and mother). By the grace of God and perseverance, all these dreams have come true. I love to travel and have been blessed to travel the globe extensively through missions work.
My writing consists primarily of Christian Fiction, Poetry, Non-Fiction, and for a period of perhaps five years as a contributor for a newspaper in Sheridan, Wyoming, called The Country Journal.

Rhoda’s Lost Journal by Sue C. Weaver
Sara Holt dreamed of walking through the ancient ruins of Rome. As she made plans to visit each site on her long itinerary with a tour group, she becomes enchanted by Ari Hershey, a business man from Jerusalem, who invites himself along.
During one of her site tours, Sara stumbles upon an ancient leather bound journal. Tucking the book quickly into her bag, thinking only to look at it and return it to the authorities later, she has no idea she’s being watched.
Later that evening she receives a strange phone call from her stalker. He knows who she is, where she is and what she has done. Sara has no choice but to trust Ari with this threatening call. Could he have been the caller? If not Ari, then who could it be? She knew no one in Rome.
Ari rushed to Sara’s room and she told him all about the journal. Ari is able to begin the translation of the book. He and Sara become engrossed in the compelling drama of Rhoda, the servant girl from the Book of The Acts of the Apostles, during the time of Peter and Paul.

How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
I prefer writing Christian Fiction…..maybe it’s not so different in genre, but I believe we all have stories to tell. We are created in the image of God and He has the greatest imagination of all…..I believe that my imagination reflects the infinite creativity of my creator…..although I don’t write everything I can imagine, or I’m sure I would be considered quite insane!

What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Just never give up. I am not a well-known author and possibly may never be, but I write for enjoyment and hope my books can bring hours of pleasure and enjoyment to others. I have read a ‘gazillion’ books in my lifetime and have enjoyed reading as much as writing. I would suggest that anyone who wants to write should try to start young and keep on with it….my motto; “Just Do it!”

Author Bio:
I am a longtime writer who has only published short stories and for a small newspaper, poetry, and many stories that sit in the deep recesses of my junk boxes. Until recently publishing e-books, I have not published hard copies as of yet. I am a registered Nurse, Foreign Missionary, world traveler (20 countries and more cities within those countries than I can count). I have a daughter, son, and three grandsons. My husband, Allan, and I live in Michigan since returning from Poland in 2009.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I have always loved writing and research. I am a Registered Nurse and Foreign Missionary. Since I was a very young girl, I have imagined every event to be a book! I am continually writing book titles and stories, poetry, and articles, in my mind…..these scenarios just won’t leave me alone!!!

What inspires you to write?
I am so in love with the Bible, Nursing, Missions, and Family, that I find that, to me, everything is a potential story. God created us in His image and I believe that creativity is deeply ingrained in us. He is the Master creator and with an infinite imagination….I believe we inherited that imagination from Him!
My daughter has labeled me “An Information Junkie” and I truly love that identification with my love for researching anything and everything!

Tell us about your writing process.
Usually I just begin imagining a story as I go about my daily activities. The story begins to take form and I sit down at the computer and start writing. I normally save my research sites, and as I think of my story-line, I stop to take notes and do more research. I try to ‘tuck it away’ in my memory if I’m not at home or otherwise busy. I often find myself waking in the wee hours of the morning with ideas. (I once wrote an entire poem and got out of bed to write it all down…several stanzas!).
I try to research details carefully and check them with Biblical facts and work them into the story for a blend of fact and fiction. I do my best thinking very early….about four or five in the morning and work until about eight in the morning. I sometimes do an outline, but primarily, I am what most refer to as ‘seat of my pants’ because it all just comes to me as I type. The last time I tried a character sketch…it was forgotten in the zeal of typing!

For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I seem to be ‘one’ with my characters. I love the characters of ” Rhoda’s Lost Journal” and three other books I have recently written. I found myself thinking about Huldah (From another book I’ve written) during church. When I heard the names of King Josiah, Jeremiah, Daniel, etc., Huldah, my protagonist, would instantly come to mind.
Hopefully, I am instilling personalities that are unique to each of my characters.

What advice would you give other writers?
I would suggest that you continue to develop your characters, story-lines, and research in the way that you feel works best for you. Too often we try to emulate someone else. In my opinion we end of with what I call ‘dime novels’ that were so popular years ago.
Be yourself and allow your characters to be themselves. Don’t try to fit into anyone’s mold of what they say an author should be or do.

How did you decide how to publish your books?
I have wanted to write and publish for years, but I decided that, at my age (I won’t tell you that just now), I found that writing and publishing e-books works for me. The most difficult thing is promoting the books. There can be no book signings, etc. However, I am not publishing nor writing for a living, as many do. I write because I love it and hope that whomever reads my books will love them too. It’s a lot of long hours, yet this is what I choose to do with my time.

What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I honestly had a very difficult time even thinking about letting go of my hand held hard copies! However, when I published my first e-book, I got a Kindle right away and it was actually fun! Technology today is so advanced and so much less expensive to produce books, that I can see the future of publishing going so completely in that direction, and just think of the trees we will save!
On the other hand, for this very reason, books will literally flood the market to the point that it’ll be extremely difficult to sell books. Progress always has two sides of its story!

AN INNOCENT KISS FOR CAITLIN NOW ONLINE!
Dear Friends and Family,
I have just received word that my third book is now online at Kindle/Amazon. (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GHX34LG)
I would SO appreciate it if you would READ and REVIEW on AMAZON for me!
As most of you may know, with E-Books, the best way to promote and get my name out there is by word of mouth, social venues such as Facebook, etc., and by reading and reviewing online!
I have been writing most of my life, and now, God has allowed me to add published books to my "bucket list' of dreams and desires that HE has made come to pass...I am a FIRM believer in Psalm 37:4-5, that IF we delight IN the LORD, HE will give us the desires of our heart...to me that means HE places desires within us that are good, attainable, and that glorify Him and are IN His will!
In my previous blog I added links for those who do not own a Kindle. There is a link for a FREE download on your PC. It's very easy to do and very quickly done....the link walks you through about two or three easy clicks of your mouse.
In fact, the only Kindle I own is the FREE download, and I only got that after my first book came out!
Please, also feel free, in fact I encourage you to spread the word for me, pray for me, for the readers to have the books help to stir up within each reader to search the scriptures and seek to know God more intimately!
I want to take this opportunity to THANK each of you for your prayers, for buying, reading, and interviewing my books.....my very deepest desire is that these books will create a desire to know God!
I enjoy discovering truth through great dynamic stories of fiction blended with Biblical characters and scripture.....I like to think this is being modeled by Jesus Christ, Himself because Jesus used parables (story-telling-to reveal truths He wanted His disciple to understand!
Again...thank you and may God richly bless you and make all the 'desires of your heart' come to pass!

New Book Online Now!

New Online books available!
Good Morning!
I'm so thrilled and thankful that my book 2 in The Lost Scrolls Series just came online last night. These two books have been in the making for about two years....a lot of very hard work, research, and writing. I hope to have three and possibly four in this series. The third will not be available until late spring or early summer, as I have a book that I would hope to have ready before Christmas. My new Christian Christmas book will be titled, "An Innocent Kiss For Caitlin"
"Caitlin" should be ready this week sometime!
I ask that you will please read and do an online review at Amazon. With e-books, the most effective way of promoting is through word of mouth and online Amazon reviews, blogs, etc. I appreciate all the support you can offer in way of helping to promote my books-my intent is so that MANY will read and have a burning desire to search the scriptures more deeply and come to a saving faith in Jesus the Messiah of the world....and so I thank you!
***
I don't own a Kindle myself (Allan has it on his I Pad) but he sent a link to me so I downloaded the FREE version-which to my surprise is exactly the same as what he has!!
Below, I have added the link to my books and the FREE Kindle download site....it' is so quick and easy, but you must first have an Amazon account, which the link for that is included below.
Thank you SO much for your help and support in my efforts to make a life-long dream become a reality.
May God bless you and yours.....and I hope you truly love and enjoy the books!
Yours always,
Blessings,
Sue C. Weaver

O Death Where Is Thy Sting?
Have you ever seen anyone die? I have. Many times. I am a Registered Nurse. I have witnessed many deaths over the years and they all have one thing in common. Death is swift. In a moment. In the twinkling of an eye.
One moment, a weak breath, the next moment, one exhales and does not inhale again. Forever.
In one split second one meets eternity. Eternal life? Eternal damnation?
What will it be for you?
Once that small exhalation is done, there is no second chance.
Jesus Christ came to die for you to have eternal life.
Find out all about Jesus in the Holy Bible!
If you have any questions, please ask in the comment section. Together we will find answers for you!
God says that if you seek Him, you will find Him, if you seek with all your heart!
May you seek Him today. Your last breath could happen at any split second!

Autumn Days
"Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain...."
The sound of rain on our metal roof reminds me of the 'ole tin roof days of my childhood in my gorgeous Kentucky. I will always cherish that sound. The leaves have fallen to the ground in a whisper, each twisting and twirling as it spins its way from the heights of the tall red maples, coming to rest upon a bed of brilliant reds, golds, and russets.
The fireplace is crackling with a fiery snap, as the faint fragrance of wood-smoke mingles with pumpkin spice. I sit in my favorite warm robe sipping my morning coffee as I read my devotionals. God is GREAT...more than good...more than awesome....more than human words can ever tell. I love You, Lord! You alone are WORTHY of ALL Praise and Honor and Glory!

Dancing With God
From an e-mial:
Dancing With God
When I meditated on the word Guidance,
I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word.
I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right.
The movement doesn't flow with the music,
and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.
When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead,
both bodies begin to flow with the music.
One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back
or by pressing Lightly in one direction or another.
It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully.
The dance takes surrender, willingness,
and attentiveness from one person
and gentle guidance and skill from the other. My eyes drew back to the word Guidance.
When I saw "G": I thought of God, followed by "u" and "i".
"God, "u" and "i" dance.."
God, you, and I dance. As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust
that I would get guidance about my life.
Once again, I became willing to let God lead.
My prayer for you today is that God's blessings
and mercies are upon you on this day and every day.
May you abide in God, as God abides in you.
Dance together with God, trusting God to lead
and to guide you through each season of your life.
This prayer is powerful and there is
nothing attached. If God has done anything for you in your life,
please share this message with someone else. There is no cost but a lot of
rewards; so let's continue to pray for one another.
And
I Hope You Dance Through
your Life with Him
your Life with Him

Support Chick-Fil-A Please!!
Let's support Chick-fil-A
Even the vegetarians should go buy something...give it
away-just support them in any way you can...let's STAND UP for what's right when
Christians are persecuted!
LSCW
Recently Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy, son of founder Truett Cathy when asked by a Christian news publication about his company's stance on marriage and the family and some of the criticism they've endured said the following: Some have opposed the company’s support of the traditional family. “Well, guilty as charged,” said Cathy when asked about this opposition. “We are very much supportive of the family – the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that. We operate as a family business ... our restaurants are typically led by families – some are single. We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that,” Cathy emphasized. “We intend to stay the course. We know that it might not be popular with everyone, but thank the Lord, we live in a country where we can share our values and operate on biblical principles.”
When asked again during a radio interview that followed, Mr. Cathy stated: "As it relates to society in general, I think we’re inviting God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage. I pray God’s mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think we can try to define what marriage is all about,” he explained. Now national media outlets like the LA Times and Huffington Post, upset over his comments, have taken to writing scathing articles and editorials blasting Chick-Fil-A and Mr. Cathy as a bigot and hate monger and are calling for boycotts and protests of the restraunt chain; actions which have been supported by several gay and lesbian groups and now Jim Henson's Muppets. It is indeed a sad state of affairs when free speech and beliefs can be boldly and openly shared, just as long as they do not come from a Christian perspective. Mike Huckabee has since issued a call for "Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day" set for Wed August 1st in which he is inviting supporters to eat at their local Chick-Fil-A as a show of support for the company and their founders the Cathy's. I'm not usually one to get involved in these sort of issues, but you know it would have to be Chicken Nuggets to draw me off the sidelines; you don't mess with "Chick Ole" as my kids call it! In all seriousness, I was truly moved by the humble and truthful approach that Mr. Cathy took. He merely stated his own conviction, one which I fully support, and as such has come under attack. I would encourage you all to not only participate next Wed, but to keep this company and it's founders in your prayers. If there was ever a "Support Rally" to get behind, this is it! You won't find a tastier cause!

Jesus The Righteous One
I love this:
In RIGHTEOUSNESS....you will be established....THINK about it.....we are ONLY righteous IN Christ.....are we IN HIM and HE IN US?
How amazing to KNOW that when HE abides in us and us in Him...we can be secure in the knowledge that we are FREE from Oppression, fear, and terror.....no matter what this world throws at us-even unto death.
To know that Satan can't steal our soul, and only our joy IF we allow it.
All our choices are ours to make!!
Choose Life. Choose joy. Choose obedience. Choose trust. Choose Forgiveness. Choose the fruits of the Spirit!
"In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee."
Isaiah 54:14

We Are The Jewels That God Loves So Much!
| Treasure of
Clay |
You may look at me and see just an ordinary person, rather petite, auburn hair, blue eyes, and small frame.
but I am also fearfully and wonderfully made by my Maker. My Creator. My own personal designer.
I am an original. There is no one else just like me.
"Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before
you were born, I separated you for Myself. I have
appointed you to be a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah
1:5
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, Plans for your welfare, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11
Malachi 3:17. And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of
hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that .
We are very precious in the sight of our Maker, God of all creation. We are His Jewels!
Our Time is valuable.....spend it wisely. Our time is like our money-we can spend it foolishly and have nothing to show for it, OR we can spend it wisely, making the most of every moment for His Kingdom, for our own treasures in heaven where eternity is infinite.

Negative "Friends"
Sometimes we become friends with those who are a negative influence on our character building. We begin to hang out with a person whose values differ from ours. Maybe we can help them;
show them the truth, sometimes we can, sometimes we can not. It's crucial, however, never to forget that influence goes both ways. At times we can be under someone else's influence far more than we are influencing that person.
Most of the time, we don't even seem to be aware that we are being negatively influenced! We just sort of adopt their ways of thinking, and as we begin to think like them, we begin to act like them, talk like them, do what they do and so on. THINK for yourself! Be what GOD intended you to be, don't become a replica of others!
If you, as a young person, find yourself being influenced by anyone who is not serving God....stop, THINK, pray, and ask God to help you become strong in thinking for yourself, be your own person, develop your own character that is pleasing to God.
You will find more joy and peace than you ever could in being a copy of someone else!
The One we are created to be like is Jesus Christ......no other!
God BLESS you in your journey to becoming more like JESUS, the One Whose character is the PERFECT model!
